Professional demeanor. Comfortable with Windows based software and technology. Experience directing (managing) others. Thrive in a fast paced, high stress environment. Good knowledge of N.E. Ohio geography (Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Geauga, Medina counties) and road systems. Strong telephone etiquette and PC skills. Growing business with long term future opportunities for the right motivated individuals. Compensation commensurate with experience and skills. Only those with prior dispatch experience will be considered. Local area residency preferred. May require night and weekend shifts.
