JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, communications, daily management and progressive discipline of driver fleet. All HR driver fleet management functions including data maintenance related to drivers within Reliable Runners software systems to ensure optimal service levels and profitability. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: •Place and manage ads (both internal and external sites) •Sourcing and screening of applicants •Track and manage all applicant data •Conducting interviews •Inform applicants of requirements, policies and procedures •Ensure correct number and quality of driver fleet in order to maintain and or improve high customer satisfaction •Inventory, distribution and management of equipment (including P&L responsibly) •Ongoing communications and documentation including training, commendations, corrective actions (build and maintain positive company image and quality relationships with driver fleet) •Review and update of external driver contracts and other documentation as required •Communicate professionally and effectively with drivers, company staff, management, vendors and customers •Assist in development of standard operating procedures and related processes to ensure data accuracy, accountability and profitability throughout all systems •Assist Management with miscellaneous projects, as assigned EQUIPMENT USED: •Computer, MS Windows Professional, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Collaborative Task Management Software, Recruiting Software and Courier Software Programs •Office Equipment – Copier, VoIP Telephone, Computer, eFax Desired Skills and Experience •3-5 years sourcing/recruiting and management •Undergraduate Degree from an accredited college or university •Proficient with windows based computer software and communication devices •Attention to detail is paramount •Organized, professional, confident, no-nonsense demeanor •Ability to work methodically and multi-task in a fast-paced, high stress environment while maintaining accuracy •Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and interface effectively with all levels of personnel, customers, and vendors.
