JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for analysis, pricing, maintenance of route data as well as the tracking of the human resources and equipment within Reliable Runners software systems to ensure optimal service levels and profitability. Manage service and execution of routed and scheduled work including crisis management and resolution. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: •Monitor fleet performance and adherence to external customer and vendor agreements •Ensure fleet rates are competitive and market-based •Conduct ongoing review of external agreements, pricing and profitability •Create, maintain, and validate all proper fleet routings, mileage calculations and alternate driver solutions •Identify and address operational problems within routes and fleet utilization •Communicate effectively with management, customers and vendors to ensure on time performance, quotes, rating and related documentation •Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and related processes to ensure data accuracy and accountability throughout all systems •Assist Management with miscellaneous projects, as assigned •Daily physical presence at our company HQ located in Mentor, OH required Compensation commensurate with experience Desired Skills and Experience •3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics preferred •Undergraduate Degree from an accredited college or university with concentration in Logistics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or Economics •Proficient with windows based computer software, specifically MS Excel and EDI, SQL skills preferred •Attention to detail is paramount •Excellent analytical, organizational, and mathematical skills •Ability to work methodically and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while preserving accurate data •Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and interface effectively with all levels of personnel, customers, and vendors.
