Pacific Couriers Inc. (PCI) has been offering reliable courier and messenger delivery service for over 25 years and now has an opportunity for an Operations and Human Resources Manager. As an Operations and Human Resources Manager, you will be required to oversee day-to-day office management tasks, hire, train, and monitor employees on proper work procedures to ensure maximum productivity, be responsible for ensuring safety, quality and compliance with customer specifications, and set the standard for excellent customer satisfaction. Prior work experience is required to work a job in operations management together with a strong understanding of the domestic local courier industry and the Southern California geography. Strong organizational skills will be expected along with fluency in Spanish. You must be able to problem solve and make decisions under pressure. Lastly, you must have strong IT skills and be aware and able to operate industry standard software used in Operations Management within the Courier Industry.Photos :
