The dispatch position requires knowledge and experience with the following: Job Responsibilities: ? Handle all incoming calls in a swift and proper manner ? Provide customers with great customer service ? Direct all drivers for the pick up and/or delivery ? Dispatch calls to correct drivers ? Dispatch the appropriate trucks /drivers as necessary Skills: ? Excellent listening skills ? Ability to multi-task ? Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment ?
