We are seeking a highly motivated Team player to join our growing Courier Service. The ideal candidate should have complete knowledge of dispatch systems; placing and dispatching orders to all drivers using computer dispatch software. Maintain check in and check out procedures for all drivers. Manage any distribution/warehousing orders, dispatching, sorting. Provide disciplinary action for necessary issues with the assistance of Human Resources. Participate in on-call rotation. Maintain DOT compliance for company vehicles and company vehicle drivers. Participate in on-going training of CSL associates as required. Responsible for ensuring that information security and physical security is carried out while performing day-to-day functions, duties and tasks. Access, use, and safeguard sensitive, valuable, or critical proprietary information in a reliable manner to ensure company and information security. Access, use, and safeguard company information systems in a reliable manner to ensure security. Abide by company guidelines, including but not limited to attendance, behavior and other administrative policies. Ability to maintain positive attendance record. One to two years of experience in a business office environment preferably related to the transportation industry. Associate or higher degree a plus.
