We are currently seeking an On-Site Supervisor in the Wadwworth/Akron, OH area for a second shift operation at our customers location. This position serves as primary liaison for servicing the transportation needs of a specialized pharmacy, and is responsible for providing leadership at that location during second shift hours. This position will also be on-call for issues that arise during normal and weekend business hours. * Responsible for pre-billing activity and commission payment issues. * Serves as primary liaison for customer to ensure accuracy of routes, coordination of all route changes, and reporting of any and all customer support issues. * Actively manages the day-to-day second shift operation, which includes ensuring proper resources for Independent Contractors, and monitoring performance to ensure we meet customer requirements. * Confirms sign-on and arrival of all route drivers and completes daily route audit process primarily for second shift. * Ensures all newly assigned Independent Contractors are set up, receive orientation for routes, pharmacy procedures, and can use ETA device technology. * Assures quality service is provided to meet or exceed external and internal customer expectations. Education and Experience: Requires Bachelors degree with concentration in business or other relevant field. Two to three years managerial experience/background required. Transportation experience/background required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and with use of computers. Must be able to interpret and use financial information, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated problem solving skills and organization skills are a must, with the ability to work independently and under time constraints.
