The 1st position is as a Process Service Expediter, you would need your process service experience as well as investigative and follow up skills to help bring to completion hundreds of process services per month, to communicate with process servers in the field, to use various technologies to insure proper documentation of each and every job and to ultimately support work that would benefit the client in support of default judgment. You must have an excellent background in process service, you must be able to work in a professional, task and case oriented environment, you must be diligent and follow through, be personable and have pleasant phone skills. Some law background is excellent but not necessary. At least 2 years of college is preferred. This person would be responsible for the outbound consolidations and afternoon services provided by our statewide service. Overseeing over 100+ drivers, you would work for a world class service department, servicing fortune 100 clients in a fast paced, ever changing canvas. Your ability to orchestrate air and ground movements, analyze problems and create solutions will be exercised using some of the best technologies in the industry, as well as interpersonal skills in a professional environment. This position is also one where you will interact with state and federal agencies to maintain compliance. Knowledge of TSA indirect Air Carrier practices is a must.
